Role Description

Are you a paid media specialist who cares about what happens after the click? This is a high-ownership, execution-driven, part-time contract role with 10 hours a week. You will own the whole path: the ad, the landing page, the form, and the lead that lands on a salesperson’s desk in Salesforce. The goal of every paid dollar and every funnel is a form fill or a conversation with sales.

• The Monday ad review.
• The funnels.
• The budget models.
• Retargeting.
• The numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in a B2B environment (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a must; Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus).
• A track record of running an ad account on a fixed review rhythm with written notes.
• Experience building landing page funnels and testing the full chain, not just the page.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce and ActiveCampaign preferred, or similar platforms such as HubSpot).
• Comfort with website builders like Squarespace, tracking pixels, and UTM structures.
• Ability to build budget models from real cost-per-click and conversion data.
• Advanced prompting skills and the ability to use AI as a leverage tool, not a crutch.
• Comfortable pushing back with data, including to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.

Benefits

• Compensation: Expect to earn between [$15 – $25] USD hourly rate depending on your experience and background.
