Role Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented and proactive Meta Ads Specialist to manage high-budget campaigns, analyze data, and drive results for U.S.-based clients. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive on making data-backed decisions, we want to work with you.

Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch
A/B test ads and ad sets to maximize performance
Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPM, and key KPIs to guide strategy
Adjust daily, weekly, and monthly budgets based on data
Build advanced reports in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Provide proactive recommendations and insights to clients
Gather creative assets and collaborate with marketing teams
Communicate regularly via Slack, email, and video calls

Qualifications

3+ years managing Meta ad campaigns
Experience handling $100k+ monthly ad spend
Strong grasp of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and KPIs
Proven ability to optimize campaigns and budgets independently
Advanced reporting skills in Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Experience with U.S.-based clients
Available to work EST hours
Strong daily communication habits

Requirements

Notion experience for project tracking
Background in DTC e-commerce
1+ years of TikTok Ads experience
