Role Description

A premier Distributor of Healthcare Products seeks a strong results-driven Media Buyer with commercial acumen to join its remote team where you will manage and optimise all Paid Media activity across its brands. You will be responsible for ensuring that media budgets are invested effectively to drive sales, maximise return on ad spend (ROAS), and support business growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of campaign performance across Google, Meta, Takealot and other paid platforms, continuously identifying opportunities to improve results. This is a highly analytical, commercially focused role where success is measured by sales, ROAS, customer acquisition costs and overall media efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:
  • Build, launch and manage Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures.
  • Scale winning campaigns and address underperforming campaigns quickly.
• Budget Management:
  • Manage monthly media budgets across all brands.
  • Ensure budgets are spent effectively and remain within approved limits.
  • Reallocate spend based on channel and campaign performance.
  • Forecast the spend requirements and expected returns.
• Performance Optimisation:
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve:
    • ROAS
    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Conversion rates
    • Revenue Generation
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
• Reporting & Insights:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide clear recommendations based on campaign performance.
  • Highlight risks and opportunities early, together with proposed solutions.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand what is driving results and where improvements can be made.
• eCommerce Growth Support:
  • Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through Paid Media.
  • Monitor the impact of media activity on sales performance.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Paid Media experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
• Experience working in an eCommerce or performance marketing environment.
