The Marketing Strategist & Content Designer is a hybrid strategist and executor responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Content Creation
-
Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms for prompt-based copywriting across social media, email, and web that feels human and on-brand.

Generate high-quality image and video assets using AI tools, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client guidelines.

Validate AI output rigorously for accuracy, brand tone, and factual correctness before any content goes live.

Campaign Execution & Multitasking

Pivot seamlessly between diverse tasks β designing a brochure in Adobe InDesign in the morning and drafting an Instagram campaign in the afternoon.

Execute blog and LinkedIn content across various industries, maintaining quality and strategic alignment throughout.

Conduct UX audits, review heatmaps, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization based on data.

Social Media & Content Strategy
-
Create and maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent posting and quality across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Provide strategic guidance on social media performance, emerging trends, and platform best practices.

Monitor engagement, manage comments, and coordinate with the team on responses as needed.

Collaboration & Workflow Management

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and social media managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets.

Keep project workflows organized using Asana or similar project management tools.

Communicate proactively with leadership and team members via Google Chat and other channels, staying available and responsive throughout the workday.

Asset & Campaign Oversight

Review, edit, and optimize creative assets β including color corrections, image selection, and brand consistency β across all campaigns.

Assist in strategy for paid media placements, following existing guides and funnels to monitor performance.

Ensure all content and creative output aligns with client branding standards and overarching campaign goals.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency environment.
-
Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and shifting deadlines in an agency setting β this is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience writing and executing blog and LinkedIn content across diverse industries.
-
Hands-on experience conducting UX audits and interpreting heatmap data to drive optimization decisions.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Suite is a plus, though the focus of this role is strategy and execution over advanced technical design.
