[Hiring] Marketing Specialist - Paid Social and Search @Jebwa

Role Description

This role involves managing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth in the fashion industry.

• Work with key social media platforms primarily Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help grow our customer base
• Create, implement, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns and strategies on a daily basis
• Collaborate with internal creative, brand, and technology teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans, and strategies
• Partner with external media agencies
• Develop and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
• Present to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics and progress to goals
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop deep analytics and tracking capabilities to read performance, optimize, and achieve pre-determined targets in CPA and ROI

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-house marketing experience and/or digital agency in paid social media marketing
• Rigorously analytical and data-driven, advanced quantitative skills; obsessed over the impact of your campaigns
• Deep experience in paid ads for Facebook, Instagram, and preferably TikTok
• Expert knowledge of Facebook ads tools including Lookalike audiences, Dynamic Ads, Retargeting, etc.
• Strong knowledge in analytics and attribution tools including Google Analytics or equivalents
• Able to design and understand comprehensive tracking systems including cross-device attribution
• Strong experience executing online performance-based media objectives
• Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Requirements
