Role Description

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand perception, increase our sales and build strong relationships with our customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and excellent analytical skills to help us achieve our business goals.

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and website to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify target audiences, industry insights, and competitor activities
• Collaborating with the creative team to create engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals
• Managing and monitoring social media accounts and website analytics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Building and maintaining relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry leaders to increase brand exposure
• Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
• Coordinating and attending events, conferences and trade shows to promote our brand and generate sales leads
• Continuously staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques to keep our brand relevant and competitive in the market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the digital or technology industry
• Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness
• Proficient in market research and analysis to identify target audiences and industry insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Experience managing social media accounts and website analytics
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
