Role Description
As a Marketing Specialist/Digital Advertising Specialist, you will focus on managing and optimizing employment ad campaigns across social media platforms and Google. You should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, a creative mindset for crafting compelling campaigns, and the ability to analyze performance data to ensure optimal results. Your role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and driving impactful marketing results.
- Create, manage, and optimize employment advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure campaigns align with the client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor day-to-day performance of ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, bidding, and content as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and utilize provided media assets effectively.
- Develop engaging ad copy and headlines when needed to enhance campaign performance.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaign activities.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising, market and online trends relevant to the brand.
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or technical execution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing specialist experience with proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Basic creative skills for crafting ad copy and headlines; design experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods.
- Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools.
- Good project management skills and experience with project management tools would be a plus.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
