Role Description
As an ABM Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our account-based marketing strategies, orchestrating target account campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to accelerate growth. This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in βcountryβ.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain target account and contact lists from internal CRM (HubSpot) and external sources (Apollo.io and similar); ensure data quality, deduplication and GDPR-compliant contact handling;

Set tasks and requirements for automating AI-based ICP checks and data enrichment;

Operate account scoring and route accounts into two tracks: high potential to Sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn automation), low potential to marketing automation (email sequences, external call centres, LinkedIn outreach);

Manage the workflow with regional sales teams: hand-offs, follow-up SLAs, lead quality feedback, regular syncs;

Control ABM funnel metrics from sourced account to partner activation; brief the Analytics team and verify delivery;

Produce transparent progress reports for C-level: slide decks, Gantt charts, status vs plan, risks and decisions needed.
Qualifications
-
3+ years in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, ABM, RevOps or sales operations;

At least one outbound or ABM programme run end to end, from list building to sales hand-off;

Proven project management across several teams, with timelines, dependencies and reporting to senior management;

Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM) and prospecting/enrichment tools: Apollo, Clay, GetSales, ZoomInfo or similar;

Practical use of AI/LLM tools for enrichment, qualification or workflow automation; able to write a precise task for technical teams (coding not required);

Understanding of account/lead scoring and the B2B sales funnel;

Reads funnel reports, spots inconsistencies, formulates clear requests to analysts;

Strong presentation skills: executive decks and Gantt charts;

Fluent English, other languages are a plus;

Basic knowledge of GDPR rules for outreach.
