Role Description

The Marketing Performance Analyst will be responsible for executing a multi-functional marketing analytics strategy to improve visibility across all departments.

• Synthesize diverse data streams into actionable insights that optimize messaging and content for every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor sophisticated KPIs, providing stakeholders with the clarity needed to make high-stakes decisions.
• Conceptualize and test continuous improvement ideas by leveraging industry best practices and rigorous research.
• Translate raw metrics into "data stories" that align marketing performance with broader company objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics including web, social media, and campaign performance.
• Significant experience across multiple marketing and data analysis tools/platforms with utilization of KPIs to stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau or PowerBI.
• Knowledge in utilizing marketing specific tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprout, Terminus, Sprout Social, ScreamingFrog or similar to support reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field.
