Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The company is a boutique fractional-CMO firm serving homebuilders, real estate companies, and founder-led businesses. The company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to take ownership of recurring marketing production, coordination, and outreach activities.

• Support the owner by managing day-to-day marketing execution.
• Keep campaigns and projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with external creative and development partners.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist clients in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong written English and professional communication required.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, or similar required.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools required.
• WordPress experience required.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills required.
• Ability to manage deadlines and recurring marketing activities independently required.
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred.
• Metricool experience is a plus.
• Canva or basic graphic design experience is a plus.
• Experience working with real estate, homebuilder, or professional-services clients is a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Project-management software experience is a plus.
• ClickUp experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10-15 Hours.
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing).
• Daily Working Time: Flexible EST.
