Role Description

Our client is hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant to be the high-agency generalist their lean team needs to keep up with fast growth. This role blends growth assistant, executive assistant, marketing coordinator, and operations generalist into one. You'll join weekly team meetings, understand the priorities, and then help quarterback and execute whatever needs to get done—using AI tools heavily to move faster.

Requirements

• Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• Create content and brand assets using AI tools like Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva
• Keep a consistent posting cadence and stay on top of trends worth jumping on
• Research competitors and trends to bring fresh content ideas to the team
• Research and identify creators, influencers, and affiliates that fit the brand
• Handle outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with creators
• Coordinate product samples and track creator partnerships and deliverables
• Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets promptly and on-brand
• Flag recurring customer issues and feedback to the team
• Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and admin work
• Research retailers, affiliates, and new growth opportunities
• Help prepare sales materials and keep pipelines organized
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools
• Prepare simple reports so the team can see what's working
• Keep files, systems, and processes organized as the business grows
• Participate in weekly team meetings, understand priorities, and help drive execution
• Help coordinate product launches, promotions, samples, and partnerships
• Take tasks and random projects off the founder's plate and make sure they actually get finished
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives
