[Hiring] Marketing Manager @D2B

Role Description

The company is seeking an autonomous, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our end-to-end marketing function. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level commercial objectives and tactical delivery:

• Define priorities and structure an actionable marketing roadmap.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns and directly drive qualified inbound inquiries.
• Receive overarching strategic context, product insights, and sign-offs from executive leadership.
• Drive initiatives from concept to execution with balanced capability in strategic planning and execution.

Initial focus areas center on:

• High-impact email marketing workflows.
• Compelling written project case studies and brand content.
• Website optimization, social presence, and targeted paid acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, with demonstrable experience owning campaigns or an independent marketing function.
• Direct hands-on capability across email marketing systems, modern CMS platforms, web analytics, and baseline graphic design tools.
• Exceptional copywriting and long-form written English capabilities, specifically calibrated for Australian B2B commercial audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate broad business mandates into tactical delivery without requiring granular day-to-day supervision.
• Strong organizational discipline, project management rigor, and prioritization skills to handle competing operational demands.
• High commercial acumen with the executive presence to present recommendations, challenge assumptions, and communicate with business owners.

Requirements

• Around 3–4 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with substantive operational ownership (demonstrated capability prioritized over tenure).
• Prior background supporting or working directly within Australian business environments.
• Industry exposure within commercial surfacing, building materials, architecture, construction, or commercial recreation/aquatics.

Benefits

• Competitive salary: Php 70,000 to Php 90,000.
