[Hiring] Marketing Manager @r-pac CNCT

Role Description

Our fast-growing company is seeking a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation & Events to join our marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will help build CNCT's demand engine, running the events, campaigns and programs that generate pipeline for r-pac's connected intelligence platform. It is a hands-on role for a marketer who is as comfortable running a trade show booth as building a nurture sequence in HubSpot.

Events & Field Marketing

• Own CNCT's event calendar end to end: NRF, partner and industry events, and our own customer events, from budgeting and booth build through shipping, staffing and run-of-show.
• Partner with Sales to turn every show into pipeline: target accounts and meeting goals set together, pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture and joint follow-up playbooks.
• Plan and produce webinars and virtual events, including joint sessions with partners.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn and Google paid media, webinars, events and partner co-marketing, tied to CNCT's value propositions.
• Build the campaign assets: landing pages, email sequences, ad creative and copy, co-produced with our in-house UX designer and the VP of Marketing.
• Run the channels day to day: paid media optimization and the HubSpot nurture program that moves prospects from first touch to sales-ready.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Own campaign and event reporting in HubSpot: dashboards and pipeline tracking by channel.
• Work with Sales on lead quality, handoff and follow-up, with a regular feedback loop on what converts.
• Bring what is working and what is not into quarterly planning with the VP of Marketing, and scout new channels and tools, especially AI tools that speed up execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience across events and demand generation, ideally in B2B tech, retail tech or supply chain.
• Proven trade show experience, end to end: vendors, logistics, budgets and on-site lead capture.
• Hands-on with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo or equivalent), and with AI tools that speed up execution and reporting.
• Comfortable with funnel metrics and able to turn reporting into clear recommendations.
• Clear, concise writer for campaign copy, emails and event communications.
• Highly organized across multiple projects, vendors, budgets and deadlines.
• Willing to travel for events, including occasional evenings and weekends around shows.
