Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives in the Vietnamese market.

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (content, digital, events, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with conversion goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and maintain the company's brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Oversee product positioning, ensuring strong value propositions and customer engagement.
• Track and report marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Work collaboratively across departments and manage relationships with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing management experience.
• Proven iGaming industry background (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, and SEM.
• Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Under 40 years old.
