Role Description
This internship is designed to provide educational experience and training in community engagement, influencer outreach, and digital marketing. The intern will gain real-world exposure to marketing strategies in the fashion tech industry.
- Learn how to identify and engage potential Elite Members—shoppers who care about size accuracy and a frustration-free shopping experience.
- Gain experience in connecting with influencers, niche communities, and trendsetters in the fashion and tech space.
- Assist in creating social media messaging, engagement strategies, and incentive programs to drive Elite Member sign-ups.
- Learn how to track and analyze engagement, assess key performance metrics, and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams, gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, or related program (eligible for school credit).
- Strong interest in fashion, retail tech, and improving online shopping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable reaching out to potential members.
- Social media savvy, with familiarity in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Interns must receive school credit or be enrolled in a structured learning program that accepts internship experience.
- The internship provides educational training and professional development—it does not guarantee future employment.
- The work schedule is flexible and remote, designed to accommodate students’ academic commitments.
