[Hiring] Marketing Intern @Mindsite

Role Description

Are you interested in building your marketing skills in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company? Mindsite is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our social media presence, content creation, and day-to-day marketing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a global e-commerce technology environment.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media channels, and help strengthen Mindsite’s brand presence across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable creating and adapting content for different audiences and formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English.

Requirements

• Support the day-to-day management of Mindsite’s social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Create, adapt, and publish social media content in line with Mindsite’s brand and communication strategy.
• Support the planning and maintenance of the social media content calendar.
• Research industry trends, relevant topics, and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.
• Assist with creating visual and written content for social media, including posts, carousels, and other digital formats.
• Monitor social media performance and help track key engagement metrics.
• Support the team with content for company news, product updates, events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with different teams to collect information and turn it into engaging marketing content.
• Contribute new ideas to improve Mindsite’s digital presence and brand visibility.
• Support other day-to-day marketing projects and campaigns as needed.
