Role Description

Marketing Intern - Hands-On, Remote Experience Across Content, Email, and Design

As our Marketing Intern, you will:

• Write first drafts of blog posts, articles, and social content that our experts review and finalize.
• Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot and help keep our contact lists organized.
• Design graphics for our website, emails, social media, and tradeshow materials.
• Research key prospects and put together short summaries that help our sales team prepare.
• Help promote webinars and keep deliverables on track against our marketing calendar.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in (or recent graduation from) a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related program.
• Solid writing skills and the ability to write for a professional audience.
• Comfort with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage your own deadlines while working remotely.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Prior marketing, communications, or design coursework or experience.
• Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or another email marketing platform.

Requirements

• This is a part-time role at approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule built around your academic calendar.
• Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Experience: Marketing, communications, or design coursework or experience (Preferred)
• Work Location: Madison, WI - Remote
