Role Description

Reporting to the Media Specialist, the Intern will work on a variety of impactful projects with a focus on learning and professional growth in the areas of marketing. This role will require strong initiative and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams, including close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Paid Search Specialist.

  • Manage and coordinate digital media assets, ensuring timely uploads and organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Provide follow-ups and recaps for meetings and projects to ensure continuity and clarity.
  • Track and follow up on media invoices to ensure timely processing and payment.
  • Generate and analyze media reports to provide insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in the creation of quarterly presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute plans for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Confirm and track the delivery of marketing materials and communicate updates to agency partners.
  • Perform competitive research of peer companies and share insights and recommendations with marketing leadership.
  • Track the market for trends, benchmarks, opportunities, competitive tactics, best practices, tools/platforms, etc., and use that information to make recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Degree candidate in fields of business, marketing, or advertising.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
