[Hiring] Marketing Generalist @Marathon Talent

Role Description

We're looking for a Bilingual Marketing Generalist to become the go-to marketing partner for two founder-led U.S. businesses: Earthy Gourmet and Local When We Can.

• Plan and produce content across both brands, including social media calendars, video editing for a podcast and YouTube channel, and Substack copy.
• Manage day-to-day social media for both brands — posting cadence, community engagement, and channel growth.
• Support the digital promotion and marketing of a newly launched online course.
• Design marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, and presentations, particularly materials used in retail buyer conversations.
• Proactively advise on positioning, campaign direction, and channel strategy — flagging what isn't working and proposing alternatives.
• Maintain marketing workflows and records in a Monday CRM.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently in a fully remote, cross-timezone environment.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Marketing experience in consumer/CPG or wellness/health categories.
• Mid-level experience: enough hands-on background to advise on strategy, not an entry-level or executive-level profile.
• Hands-on video editing skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and remotely, without close supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Fully remote.
