Role Description

You are the conductor of Climate Dividends' influence, in support of the CEO's action. Your mission? To make the concept shine among decision-makers and transform our expertise into an essential movement.

• The "Big Event" challenge: Pilot the Climate Dividends Awards at the end of 2026 from A to Z. The event that will crown the leaders of decarbonization.
• CEO Influence: You are the strategic shadow of the CEO. You identify where she needs to speak, prepare materials for presentations and interventions, and organize networking so that every handshake counts.
• Community & Go-to-Market: You simplify our (sometimes complex) discourse to make it viral. You create resources (videos, use cases) and launch and animate our community (meet-ups, webinars, community news...).

The subject is complex, the stakes are colossal, and the market is in full swing. We are not looking for executors, but for growth partners capable of grasping this complexity to transform it into concrete impact.

Qualifications

• Real experience in events and digital marketing.
• Mastery of Canva and Notion.
• General knowledge of ESG / impact / sustainable finance.
• Specific knowledge of avoided emissions / carbon accounting is a bonus.

Requirements

• Start: ASAP.
• Rhythm / duration: 1 to 3 days/week, long-term (all of 2026).
• 100% Remote (if you are in Marseille, Lyon or Paris, it’s easy to meet in person with someone from the team).
• Ways of working: coordination with another team member and a freelancer on the pure community management part (LinkedIn posts and newsletter).
