Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our custom manufacturing company. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified leads, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth through effective digital and traditional marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands-on marketing expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate complex manufacturing capabilities into compelling marketing messages that attract and convert business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, target markets, and revenue objectives.
• Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads and sales opportunities through digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and other channels.
• Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across digital platforms and industry channels.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the company website, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Content Development: Create and manage compelling content showcasing manufacturing capabilities, custom solutions, product applications, and customer success stories.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing decisions.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage marketing budgets, and optimize return on investment.
• Team Leadership: Lead internal team members and external marketing partners to ensure consistent execution and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads and support revenue growth.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, engineering, or other technical business environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for business audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with common marketing tools, analytics platforms, and collaboration software.
