Role Description
You'll join the cross-functional product team to work on our Mobile Apps (Cross-platform; B2C; Global Market): from an idea through its market release and beyond.
- Your team: UAM, PMM, Marketing Designers.
- Work closely with the business vision, expecting a business and result-oriented mindset with ownership competencies.
- Maintain a proactive approach and enthusiasm, staying in touch with market developments.
Responsibilities
- Constant work on hypotheses, ideas generation and creatives creation (static & video), validation and implementation based on a data-driven approach.
- Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics across the niche, including competitor analysis using tools such as SensorTower and Ads Library.
- Monitoring the best market trends and practices within the field.
- Organize and manage the process of content production, including participation in hiring content creators.
- Analyze the effectiveness of Ad campaigns with UA Manager and initiate improvements based on marketing and business metrics.
- Cooperate with the team daily to discuss acquisition results, marketing and business metrics, and bring new ideas, approaches, and instruments to meet team goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Creative production experience with a focus on Western markets.
- Extensive experience with META products & promotion of mobile apps: current trends, best practices, etc.
- Ability to create catchy ad concepts that are oriented to a target audience.
- Performance-based marketing and data-driven approach, with the ability to derive insights from data and implement them in practice.
- Experience with different analytical tools: Ads Manager, Motion App, Pre-Made Reports, etc.
- Deep understanding of audiences and great attention to nuance.
- Creativity: able to think differently and reframe problems or situations.
- Empathy and attention to important details.
- Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership.
- Open-mindedness and ability to embrace change in a fast-changing environment.

- Stage 3: Interview with Hiring Manager.
