Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and management of various marketing campaigns/projects and department tasks. This position will focus on ensuring marketing deliverables are met accurately and on time while facilitating communication within the marketing team. Must be an excellent project manager, proactive, and willing to do anything that comes your way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in marketing or related.
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2+).
• +2 years in marketing-related roles.
• Good communication skills & client management experience.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Understanding of marketing strategies (online & offline).

Requirements

• Support and assist internal and external campaigns (Marketing of 360°).
• Assist in the management of Wrike tickets.
• Assist in the coordination of jobs/projects with dev. and design teams.
• Confie Desk – Manage Comms Planning calendar.
• Confie Desk - Manage Voice and Tone – Iris Comms Avatar (Iris Comments).
• Schedule and publish approved social media Organic content.
• Gifs and stickers program for brand awareness.
• Support social media organic communication with Allies.
• Support the Recruiting design requests.
• Support influencer outreach and logistics.
• Avatars Archetypes manual description and updates.
• Responsible for 800#’s.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Research new potential vendors, solutions, and tools for marketing efforts.
