We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for our Stop Smoking Service.
The role is crucial in raising awareness of our service, driving engagement, and ultimately, supporting more individuals to quit smoking. A typical day as a Marketing Co-Ordinator might include:

In collaboration with the Head of Service and Engagement and Partnership Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the service’s objectives and target audience.

Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to co-ordinate campaigns and activities.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Manage and optimise the service’s website and social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to increase engagement and reach.

Develop and create engaging content, including social media posts, lead generation adverts, website copy, newsletters, blog articles, videos, and infographics.

Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

Manage the production of marketing assets, including leaflets, posters, and digital resources.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Work closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment between marketing and service delivery.

Ensure due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements, and guidance.

Develop positive working relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders.

Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our service offerings.

Work with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments.

Help maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services.
