Role Description

Be in the trenches as an integral part of the team that has delivered over $700 million dollars in refunds and savings to clients who are the institutional owners and operators of real estate throughout the US and join us as we march toward One Billion dollars in delivered refunds and savings!

UtiliSave is seeking a marketing content creator with exceptional writing skills and extensive experience in the full spectrum of social media platforms and the creation of original content for all forms of our marketing such as:

• Web site
• Social media sites
• Marketing materials
• PowerPoint presentations
• Emails

The appropriate candidate will expand our content creating infrastructure to further build UtiliSave’s brand and to continue to build and affirm UtiliSave and its CEO’s standing as an industry leader, at the forefront of its thought leadership.

UtiliSave’s success is driven by out-of-the-box thinking, a ceaseless energy to achieve success on behalf of our clients by a group of professionals who uncover novel opportunities among a complex set of rules. These traits should also be an integral part of the DNA of the successful candidate for this position.

• Commercial and residential buildings

We identify unique savings opportunities using our unmatched knowledge of utility tariff structures and our powerful proprietary IT and knowledge-based systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in content creation.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics to guide content creation.
• Self-starter with a proactive and creative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar tools.
• Experience writing for B2B audiences - writing case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content.
• Portfolio or writing samples required.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
• Marketing automation platforms such as Replay.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Experience with website management: WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work with tight time constraints.
• Ability to independently solve problems and think creatively.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

Requirements

• This is a full-time, remote position.
• You must have a suitable work area available with appropriate web connectivity during all working hours, free of distractions.
• You must be a resident in the United States living in a state with no more than a one (1) hour time difference from Eastern Standard Time.
• You must be authorized to permanently work in the US either as a US Citizen or an active Green Card holder. No other conditions will be acceptable.
