Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Campaign Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This person will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing programs. They will be responsible for managing marketing automation, campaign execution, data analytics, and lead management processes to maximize marketing’s impact on revenue. Additionally, this role will lead our email marketing efforts, overseeing strategy, building campaigns, automation, A/B testing, and performance reporting, while collaborating with other team members on content development. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns within our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Work closely with the demand generation team to build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, webinars, and nurture programs.
- Manage lead routing, scoring, and attribution models to ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and strategies, including segmentation, personalization, automation, A/B testing, and performance reporting, while optimizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Streamline campaign workflows, ensure data integrity, and implement best practices for marketing operations.
- Partner with demand generation, product, customer and partner marketing teams, sales, and rev ops teams to align on goals and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Manage the marketing tech stack, evaluate new tools, and ensure proper integrations with our existing systems.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing operations, email marketing, automation, or related.
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM. HubSpot certification preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Asana preferred.
- Proven experience in email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. Familiarity with compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
