Role Description
Medsien is seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, our Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist will:

Design, manage, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows and automations, including email nurtures, lifecycle management, lead and customer segmentation, and triggered campaigns.

Act as an internal HubSpot subject matter expert.

Support full-funnel lifecycle marketing, from lead acquisition through customer engagement and expansion.

Own HubSpot data hygiene, segmentation strategy, and overall database health.

Partner with Salesforce administrators to ensure clean syncs and accurate reporting between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, leveraging PPC, SEM, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies.

Build UTM architecture across multiple channels and marketing initiatives.

Develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems with granular detail.

Monitor campaign performance to generate actionable insights from marketing analytics.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution and reporting.
Qualifications

Experience building and managing marketing automation programs in HubSpot.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.

Hands-on experience (1-2 years) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

Ability to manage the end-to-end paid campaign process: setup, targeting, creative coordination, optimization, and reporting.

Experience with marketing data management, segmentation, and CRM integrations.

Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and performance optimization.

Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with a bias toward documentation, clarity, and momentum.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Outstanding communication skills.

Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

Residence in Istanbul city center.
Requirements

Experience working in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology marketing environments (nice to have).

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or similar reporting platforms (nice to have).

Experience working with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations and CRM data synchronization (nice to have).

Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar ticketing/task management systems (nice to have).
