Role Description

• Partnerships
• Integrated GTM campaigns

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience spanning multiple marketing channels and cross-functional programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about the behavioral health market
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a bonus

Requirements

• Design and deploy agentic workflows using Claude to handle high-volume, repeatable marketing tasks
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns across various channels
• Partner closely with SDRs to ensure smooth lead hand-off and campaign follow-up
• Identify and execute on co-marketing opportunities with associations and partners
• Track and report on campaign and program performance
