Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prestige Marketing Team, supporting the Senior Brand Manager in delivering marketing activities across the UK&I market. The role offers broad exposure across skincare, fragrance and luxury beauty, with the chance to work on brands including Lancaster, Philosophy and Swarovski.

As our Skincare & Swarovski Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting two strategic growth areas within the UK&I business. Acting as a central point of contact for skincare, you will help unlock brand and retailer opportunities across the category while supporting the successful launch and growth of Swarovski through cross-functional coordination and activation execution.

You will be reporting to the Skincare & Swarovski Senior Brand Manager, and you will:

• Support the execution of 360° marketing plans across the Skincare and Swarovski portfolios, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful retailer, consumer and brand activations.
• Play a key role in the launch and growth of Swarovski in the UK&I market, supporting campaign delivery, retailer activations and launch execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for the Skincare category, helping coordinate cross-functional projects and unlock opportunities across retailers, media, advocacy and consumer engagement.
• Monitor brand, category and competitor performance to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights that strengthen local strategy, using internal and external market data sources.
• Support the development and execution of sampling, gifting and non-saleables plans to drive awareness, trial and product launches.
• Maintain marketing budgets and trackers, including raising purchase orders, managing invoices and ensuring accurate budget reporting.
• Coordinate the ordering, management and distribution of product samples, marketing materials and launch assets to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage brand assets and marketing tools, ensuring teams have access to the latest content, imagery and brand guidelines.
• Track and maintain calendars for brand activity across in-store, e-commerce, digital, advocacy and media channels.
• Build strong relationships with local and global marketing teams, sales, supply chain, agencies and retail partners to ensure excellence in execution across both portfolios.
• Support the planning and delivery of retailer events, brand presentations, meetings and launch moments, including the preparation of materials and product displays.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification.
• Previous relevant experience, ideally within the beauty industry.
• Eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
