Role Description
Assistance à l’organisation du service Marcom (Marketing et Communication).
- Participation à la mise en place des manifestations (Journées portes ouvertes, salon…)
- Gestion des challenges produits encours et Ă venir
- Traduction des communiqués de presse et envoi aux différents magazines spécialisés
- Mise à jour de l’outil de CRM permettant les envois d’e-mails groupés
- Gestion des informations produit, intégration des nouveautés par gamme de produits
- Participation rédactionnelle aux règlements et profil des actions commerciales
- Participation Ă la gestion du budget Marcom annuel
- Demandes d’achats prestations
- Créations visuels sur Indesign
- Relectures et corrections documents Corporate, site internet, documentation…
- Cross-marking avec les partenaires commerciaux
- Communication d’actualité/contenu sur les réseaux sociaux
- Support marketing et communication des Ă©quipes commerciales
Qualifications
- Niveau master 1 : communication/marketing
- Bon niveau en anglais
- Bon niveau d’orthographe
- Pack Adobe
- Pack Office
- Connaissance Web
- Connaissance et maîtrise des réseaux sociaux
