Role Description

This role involves analyzing marketing performance and managing marketing payables to drive growth and ROI.

Analyze marketing performance across all channels (paid search, social, affiliates, influencer, programmatic, etc.)
Interface with agencies and content creators to track performance and payables
Build and maintain attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Calculate and monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and retention curves
Deliver regular performance reports and deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decisions
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to connect spend with player behavior
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness in real time
Identify opportunities to optimize acquisition funnels and improve retention strategies
Support testing frameworks (A/B tests, holdouts, etc.) for marketing and CRM initiatives

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch)
Proven experience with acquisition and retention analytics, CAC, LTV modeling, and cohort analysis
Comfortable working with large datasets and turning insights into business value
Experience working with or building marketing data pipelines and attribution systems is a big plus
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and affiliate systems preferred

Passionate about optimizing performance and maximizing ROI across marketing channels
