Role Description

Are you an experienced marketeer who instinctively spots gaps in marketing strategy and understands the complex realities of advanced marketing practice? 10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable marketeers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered marketing and business systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and practical aspects of marketing work
• Evaluate AI responses for marketing soundness, practicality, and compliance with real-world expectations
• Draft realistic marketing scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. marketeer, client, brand manager, or business leader)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic marketing reasoning, business strategies, and practical marketing processes. Rather than conducting traditional marketing work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about marketing processes at scale.

Qualifications

• A senior-level marketing specialist or strategist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns
• Skilled at evaluating content for strategic consistency, brand viability, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
