[Hiring] LATAM Performance Marketing Analyst @Tractian

Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of paid media, data, creative, and revenue.

• Help manage and optimize Tractian’s paid acquisition programs across Latin America, focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and translate results into clear business decisions.
• Work closely with GTM leadership, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Data, and CRO to improve campaign performance across the full funnel.
• Success will be measured by qualified pipeline, sales opportunities, revenue impact, and marketing efficiency.

Location: Remote-first with a preference for candidates within a commutable distance to our hub in São Paulo.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B paid search or paid social.
• Power user of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma.
• An iterative approach to problem-solving and a scientific experimentation mindset.
• Strong alignment with leadership principles: availability, first principles thinking, customer obsession.
• Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building.
• A results-oriented mindset with high accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals.
