Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Engagement: Ongoing Part-Time

• Preferred VA: Experienced Female VA

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi, Digital Marketing & Business Growth VA who can support the client in building and managing her online coaching business. This is not simply a social media posting role. The ideal candidate should be able to work across Kajabi, marketing funnels, email marketing, lead generation, social media, content planning, online community management, website optimization, and general administrative support.

The client is a visionary and strategic thinker who needs an executor who can take direction, organize priorities, independently execute tasks, identify what needs to be done next, and ensure projects move forward without constant supervision. The VA should be comfortable working toward business goals, sales targets, launches, cohort programs, lead generation, and online growth.

An experienced coach who works across both online and offline coaching. She is currently expanding her business into the online space and preparing to run online cohorts, strengthen her digital presence, and create a more sales-focused online business.

Her current website is built on Kajabi, and she is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of the technical, marketing, administrative, and execution side of her online business.

The ideal VA will work closely with Colette as a trusted execution partner, translating her vision and ideas into organized, strategic, and measurable action.
