[Hiring] Marketing Specialist @Cook Group

Role Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing activities across the product lifecycle to drive company and product brand positioning in the assigned region in APAC for the Vascular Market Development team, in alignment with the division's mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities.

This role is open to Cook employees based in Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, or India. This role is also being advertised externally in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of strategic objectives for marketing projects and campaigns
• Collaborate with the agency to initiate projects and develop project plans for marketing campaigns and content
• Manage marketing channels, working closely with events and digital marketing teams
• Plan and manage major conferences and events across the region, including conference strategy, activities to support, negotiation with organisers and communication to internal teams
• Collate and manage a regional marketing plan
• Assist market development managers in executing their speciality’s regional marketing plan
• Collaborate with digital marketing team, to analyse campaign data and provide reports to marketing managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background essential
• Demonstrated experience in market development, sales, marketing, product management or product strategy, preferably in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience in developing project plans and managing marketing channels
• Fluency in both oral and written English essential
• Domestic and international travel may be required
• Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
