[Hiring] IT Marketing Project Manager @USM

Role Description

We are looking for an IT Marketing Project Manager with at least 7+ years of experience and recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration experience.

Description / Required skills:

• SFMC Migration Support:
  • Coordinate activities associated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration initiatives.
  • Work with Activation & Journey teams, email team, and product to account for E&I marketing deliverables and timeline.
• Intake and Workflow Alignment:
  • Coordinate activities as needed across Marketing Operations, Engineering, Product, Data, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
  • In an effort to streamline workflows, track deliverables and ensure projects remain aligned to strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Help align intake/workflow with milestones and develop business partner communications based on status.
• Agentic Campaign Development:
  • Support implementation of AI-driven and agentic campaign development capabilities.
  • Coordinate pilot activities, capability deployment, business readiness, and change management efforts.
  • Track delivery progress and ensure alignment with AI governance and operational processes.
  • Support migration from traditional email development processes to AJO-based campaign execution.
  • Coordinate implementation of reusable Asset Content Block strategies and content governance standards.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, training activities, and adoption planning.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Recent experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating activities across multiple teams.
• Ability to track deliverables and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience with AI-driven campaign development capabilities.
