Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Demand Generation Specialist to support Meta's Developer Marketing team within Business Growth Marketing. This role is responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives across web, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and creative channels to increase conversion, product adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Working alongside specialized channel strategists, you will:

• Translate marketing strategies into coordinated campaigns.
• Drive conversion rate optimization and experimentation initiatives.
• Develop lifecycle and cross-sell programs.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional who combines strong campaign execution, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional coordination with a demonstrated ability to turn marketing strategies into measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, lifecycle or email, paid media, and creative channels.
• Hands-on experience developing lifecycle marketing programs tied to product adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, or cross-sell.
• Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Experience coordinating creative agencies, marketing stakeholders, and campaign deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing marketing dashboards, funnel reports, and performance scorecards.
• Practical experience utilizing generative AI, marketing automation, or agentic workflows to improve marketing execution.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and independently drive initiatives to completion.

Requirements

• Familiarity with marketing automation, experimentation, analytics, content management, and paid media platforms.
• Experience with audience segmentation, triggered lifecycle journeys, next best action programs, and full funnel measurement.
• Experience developing reusable AI powered marketing workflows or lightweight agents.
• Experience marketing to developer or technical audiences.
• Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or product led growth environments.
