Role Description
Palette is looking for a Talent Coordinator in our Audio Division to service across the talent departmentโs managed roster. The Audio Division Talent Coordinator will have the ability to work hand in hand with Talent, as well as serve as the representative on behalf of Palette to Record Labels and clearing houses within the music industry. We want someone who will care for the well-being and growth of our creators, work with precision under tight timeframes, be responsive to all necessary requests around the clock, and have a can-do attitude.

Serve as the singular Audio Division Talent Coordinator for the entire Palette roster under the instruction of the Head of Talent.

Act as the primary liaison between Palette and all record labels, clearing houses, and independent artists contracting creators for audio promo campaigns on TikTok/IG/Snap/YT Shorts.

Deliver and negotiate rates with partners, confirming firm offers, adding the offers to our internal management system, and presenting the offer to creators in a clear, concise manner.

Communicate between the partner and creator expected delivery dates, delays, re-draft requirements, caption requirements, and live links.

Add the opted-in offer to our internal accounting system and procure payment remittance details for the accounting department.

Attend all stand-up meetings (12.30pm ET / 9.30am PT) with the Talent Team, as well as additional internal meetings.

Provide insights, thoughts, and take an active role in developing the Teamโs understanding of the market during meetings.

Iterate and improve on our internal data systems to ensure streamlined and effective offerings for external partners and our roster.

Actively respond across various channels of communication (iMessage text group threads, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).

Present potential management scouting selections on a weekly basis and attend intro meetings with potential signees.

Keep up with the latest social media trends such as news stories, memes, trending sounds, etc.

Maintain an organized process and structure.
Qualifications

1-2 years of social media marketing or project management experience.

Has a passion for TikTok and other social platforms.

Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace; Trello and Canva knowledge a plus.

High attention to detail and very organized.

Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking.

The ability to work within strict branding guidelines.
Requirements

Experience working at a record label or clearing house promoting records on TikTok/IG/YT Shorts/Snap is a plus.

Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance is a plus.
