Role Description
We're hiring an Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our creator program. You'll find, sign, and launch creator partnerships at high volume. You'll also build real, long-term relationships with the creators who matter most to our brand. This is a hands-on execution role.
-
Scale outreach.
-
Build and run high-volume outreach systems (sourcing, sequencing, follow-ups, and automation) to grow our creator pipeline every week.
-
Negotiate and close.
-
Run negotiations with creators, managers, and agencies across many deals at once. Land fair rates, clear deliverables, and the usage rights we need, within budget.
-
Launch campaigns end to end.
-
Own briefs, contracts, content review, posting schedules, and payments so every partnership ships on time.
-
Build lasting creator relationships.
-
Turn one-off sponsorships into long-term partnerships. Be the person creators trust and want to work with again.
-
Know the landscape.
-
Track creator economy trends, platform changes, and rate benchmarks. Use what you learn to sharpen who we partner with and how.
-
Measure and optimize.
-
Report on views, CPM, signups, and ROI for every campaign. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
-
Own the pipeline.
-
Keep our creator CRM and deal tracker accurate, current, and easy for the team to use.
-
Show up at events.
-
Join and support the team at industry events, meet creators in person, and turn those conversations into partnerships.
-
Bring the creator voice inside.
-
Share creator feedback and content insights with product and marketing.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally at a tech or SaaS company.
-
A proven record of running high-volume creator programs: dozens of live partnerships at a time, managed across a full pipeline.
-
Strong negotiation skills, with direct experience contracting creators, talent managers, and agencies.
-
Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including formats, audiences, and rate benchmarks.
-
A bias for action. You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and ship campaigns while others are still planning.
-
Highly organized, with the systems to track hundreds of conversations without dropping one.
-
A data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and making budget decisions.
-
A natural relationship builder. Creators enjoy working with you and come back for more.
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift quickly.
-
Passionate about AI and video.
