Role Description
This role involves managing influencer partnerships and driving brand awareness across various platforms.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to align with business goals
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers across various platforms
- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Monitor influencer activities and engagement to assess campaign performance
- Analyze campaign metrics and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve influencer marketing processes and tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Requirements
- Experience in the Outsourcing industry or any relevant industries
- Experience in supporting Startups
- Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and software such as AspireIQ, Upfluence, or similar applications (great to have, but not required)
