Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot/Revops Architect to lead our HubSpot initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, and Sales features, and will leverage these to design and implement workflows that enhance our marketing and sales strategies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of HubSpot tools for both B2B and B2C environments.

• Design, develop, and implement complex HubSpot workflows to streamline processes and improve customer engagement.
• Lead the integration of HubSpot into our existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
• Analyse client needs and develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage HubSpot capabilities for lead generation and nurturing.
• Train and support team members on best practices for utilizing HubSpot functionalities effectively.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in HubSpot and marketing automation strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of HubSpot implementations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team as a HubSpot Developer in project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working with HubSpot, with a focus on CRM and automation tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HubSpot strategies in a relevant industry.
• Up to 15 years of overall experience in marketing technologies and software development preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
