Role Description

We are now looking for an User Acquisition Lead to join their team and lead the next stage of growth.

• Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for our subscription products in the US market.
• Scale paid acquisition by 2.5x while maintaining efficiency.
• Build and optimise a scalable UA operating system, introducing automation wherever possible.
• Personally launch, optimise, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging acquisition channels.
• Own performance metrics from campaign KPIs to unit economics, LTV and profitability.
• Work closely with Product, Growth and Creative teams to continuously improve acquisition performance.
• Develop a structured experimentation framework to rapidly validate new channels, audiences and hypotheses.
• Define creative requirements, evaluate creative performance and help build a high-performing creative engine.
• Analyse competitors, market trends and new acquisition opportunities.
• Mentor and grow the UA organisation while raising the performance bar across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid budgets ($1M+/month).
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent understanding of attribution, funnels, CAC, LTV, ROAS and incrementality.
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
• Experience scaling subscription or mobile products is a major advantage.
• Builder mentality — you enjoy creating processes rather than inheriting them.
• You naturally take ownership and don't wait for detailed instructions.
• English B2+
