As Head of International Marketing (gn), youβll lead this next growth chapter β driving awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across markets. Youβll shape how ESN shows up globally and locally:

Building campaigns that convert, content that connects, and partnerships that inspire.

Driving successful D2C growth will be a core part of your mission β turning brand love into measurable business impact.

Working closely with the Global D2C, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align initiatives, leverage insights, and deliver results.

Identifying the right consumer angles, spotlighting hero products by channel, and bringing ESN to life through events, sponsorships, and creators.
Your mission includes:

Defining brand positioning per market, balancing global consistency with local relevance.

Developing and executing the omni-channel marketing activation plan to drive customer acquisition and retail growth.

Building brand heat through local activations, content, and collaborations with world-class athletes and creators.

Driving impactful D2C marketing and performance initiatives to grow traffic, conversion, and loyalty.

Identifying which content, creators, and channels best engage consumers and strengthen the brand.

Partnering with local markets to capture consumer insights and accelerate growth.

Ensuring seamless brand experience across e-commerce, retail, and social touchpoints.

Leading a small team of 1-2 directly and indirectly guiding and leading 10+ people in markets and in HQ.
Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing within FMCG or consumer lifestyle brands, with strong local activation and regional management exposure.

Proven track record in brand building combined with hands-on experience in performance marketing (lower funnel) and influencer marketing.

Strong understanding of product and category storytelling β knowing how to position hero products and create excitement across markets.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth decisions.

Highly ambitious and hungry to make things happen β thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
