[Hiring] Head of Growth @Diobox

Role Description

We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Head of Growth to drive revenue across sales and marketing. This role owns the entire customer acquisition funnel, is measured by new revenue, and will shape Diobox's growth strategy in the B2B SaaS event tech space. As the company scales, you'll also help build out the sales and marketing function, with the opportunity to hire, mentor and lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Team Development
  • Become an expert on the events industry, our customers, and the competitive landscape to understand how our product solves the problem of managing events.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive growth strategy that aligns with our product vision and business goals.
  • Own the CRM and weekly revenue reporting.
  • Learn the product hands-on, including running demos and supporting deals.
  • Help build the sales and marketing function as we grow, including hiring and developing Account Executives.
  • Use AI tools to do work that would otherwise take a larger team.
• Inbound Marketing
  • Craft engaging email campaigns to showcase product features, milestones, and customer stories.
  • Automate messaging flows for new sign-ups using tools like Intercom or HubSpot.
  • Build onboarding experiences that increase activation, conversion to paid plans, and retention.
• Demand Generation
  • Create and distribute content (blogs, case studies, videos) that attracts and nurtures leads.
  • Produce customer success stories and educational videos that show the product's value and build brand awareness.
• Paid Acquisition
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid search and display campaigns, using keyword research and competitor insights to maximize performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Web & Brand Presence
  • Optimize SEO and SEM on our high-traffic website to drive higher conversion and site performance.
  • Implement robust tracking and analytics to measure conversion and engagement.
  • Grow and activate our established social media following.
  • Maintain and improve our profiles on software review sites and third-party listings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles in B2B SaaS, with a track record of driving revenue.
• Strong grasp of digital channels: SEO, paid media, email and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Hands-on and comfortable doing the work yourself, not just directing it.

Requirements

• Experience hiring or managing salespeople, or closing deals yourself.
• Experience using AI tools to scale marketing work.
• Background in events, hospitality or entertainment.
