[Hiring] Growth Analyst @Littio

Role Description

As Growth Analyst (CRM & User Insights), you will help us understand user behavior and improve how users interact with Littio. You will work closely with the Growth, Product and Data teams to execute CRM communications, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention. Your work will directly influence how we communicate with users, how we design product experiences, and how we reduce churn and increase activation and usage.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• CRM Campaigns & User Communications
  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp and other channels.
  • Manage user segments and behavioral triggers to send the right communication at the right moment.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to improve engagement, activation and retention.
  • Continuously test and iterate communications to improve performance.
• User Insights & Feedback Analysis
  • Analyze qualitative feedback from customer support, surveys, interviews, and user conversations.
  • Identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve the user experience and product journeys.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for Growth and Product teams.
• Campaign Performance & Metrics
  • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance.
  • Track metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, engagement, activation and retention.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and user journeys.
• User Journey Optimization
  • Support the improvement of user onboarding, activation and engagement flows.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve key moments in the user lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to implement improvements.

What Success Looks Like (First 90–180 Days)

• CRM campaigns running consistently with clear segmentation and performance tracking.
• Key user feedback insights documented and shared with Product and Growth.
• Initial improvements identified in user journeys and engagement communications.
• Clear reporting on CRM performance and user behavior patterns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in CRM, marketing, growth, or user analysis.
• Experience executing CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, messaging tools, etc.).
• Ability to analyze user feedback and identify meaningful insights.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to synthesize information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Braze, HubSpot or similar.
• Experience working in startups or digital products.
• Basic understanding of growth, product metrics, or user lifecycle analysis.
