About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Digital Marketing to lead and elevate our digital presence across all customer touchpoints. This senior leadership role will oversee the teams responsible for web, email marketing and video, ensuring cohesive execution, innovation, and measurable impact across channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative leader with extensive experience managing large, multi-functional teams and delivering digital marketing excellence for consumer and travel agent facing brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of digital marketing professionals across web, email and video.
    • Work within the teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
    • Partner with the Brand, Partnerships, and Analytics teams to ensure all campaigns are data-informed, on-brand, and aligned with company goals.
    • Foster a collaborative, agile culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend and resources to deliver strong returns.
  • Digital Experience & Web
    • Working closely with our website management company to oversee all aspects of web strategy, content, and user experience, ensuring the site is engaging, visually consistent, and conversion focused.
    • Partner with development and analytics teams to enhance performance, usability, and design impact.
    • Ensure all digital assets reflect the company’s brand standards and storytelling goals.
  • Email Marketing
    • Lead the email marketing team in developing and executing campaign strategies that drive engagement, sales, and customer loyalty.
    • Champion testing and continuous improvement to optimize design, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Video
    • Oversee the video production team ensuring consistent brand expression and quality across platforms.
    • Develop content strategies that support both brand storytelling and direct response goals.
    • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers where relevant to expand reach and visibility.
       

Qualifications


  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 6 years in senior leadership overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports with demonstrated success scaling, mentoring and developing high-performing managers and individual contributors 
  • Deep understanding of email and website marketing best practices including deliverability, personalization, automation and testing methodologies
  • Proven success managing creative and digital execution teams (web, email, video) in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, driving measurable engagement and business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, UX principles, and creative production workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization 
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partnership with accountability for performance, timeliness and results
