Role Description

Als GTM Engineer baust du die Systeme und Prozesse, mit denen wir unseren Hypergrowth auf ganz Europa skalieren. Du kombinierst moderne GTM-Tools, Daten und AI, um neue Leads zu identifizieren, anzureichern und in skalierbare Outbound-Maschinen zu verwandeln.

  • Aufbau skalierbarer Lead-Generation-Workflows mit Tools wie Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead oder ähnlichen Plattformen
  • Recherche, Anreicherung und Qualifizierung von Leads über unterschiedliche Datenquellen und APIs
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Outbound-Kampagnen gemeinsam mit dem Founding Team – von Targeting über Messaging bis Deliverability
  • Automatisierung von Sales- & Marketing-Prozessen mit AI und modernen SaaS-Tools
  • Analyse von Funnel-, Conversion- und Kampagnendaten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Engineering, um GTM-Learnings zurück ins Produkt einfließen zu lassen

Qualifications

  • Extremes Growth Mindset: du willst Systeme bauen, die 10x mehr Leads bringen
  • Erfahrung mit modernen GTM- & Lead-Generation-Tools (z.B. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, PhantomBuster)
  • Starkes Verständnis für Outbound, Lead Enrichment und datengetriebenes Wachstum – du weißt, was ICP, Intent-Signale und Deliverability bedeutet
  • Technisches Verständnis und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit APIs, Automatisierungen oder Skripting – du musst kein Senior Engineer sein, aber wenn du eine API-Doc liest, panikst du nicht
  • Pragmatismus: Du hältst Dinge einfach, startest lean und shipst, sobald du etwas lernen kannst
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, um mit unserem DACH-Kundensegment direkt zu arbeiten und sehr gutes Englisch
