Role Description

Our client is seeking for a Growth Marketing Operator to lead and optimize our marketing and acquisition efforts.

Manage and optimize marketing channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, SEO
Execute and continuously improve campaigns — not just strategy, but full implementation
Take over and build on existing marketing setups and strategies
Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

Proven track record in growth marketing — ads, copywriting, SEO
Experience in SaaS and/or startup environments highly preferred
Ability to execute and optimize — not just strategy, but actual hands-on work
Self-starter, proactive, and results-driven mindset
