Role Description

This role involves building and leading a top performing high-frequency quantitative trading team.

Develop and implement systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
Collaborate with Quant & Engineering teams to design and implement trading algorithms
Explore new strategies through research and analysis of the latest market trends

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Engineering or a similar discipline
An entrepreneurial risk taker with proven experience in crypto trading, PnL generation, and managing a sizable book on the buy-side
Track record in leading a team with successful alpha research and implementation
Demonstrable passion in digital asset, algo trading and market making
Self-driven and ambitious, but willing to learn and grow with the team in the digital asset space
Mental discipline to solve complex problems and communicate effectively under pressure
Strong technical ability and proficiency in Python and/or C++ would be an advantage
