Role Description

As a Growth Marketer, you will join a prominent digital motorsport and sports media company operating a high-reach portfolio across digital publishing, podcasting, web, and video platforms. Reaching millions of global fans monthly, the business is poised to convert its vast organic audience engagement into owned community relationships and premium subscription revenue.

In this role, you will act as an autonomous growth operator partnering directly with executive leadership to:

• Identify funnel inefficiencies
• Run conversion experiments
• Scale newsletter acquisition
• Drive paid subscription adoption

This is a hands-on execution role requiring sharp analytical judgment, high-converting copywriting skills, and systems-level thinking. While your initial focus will center on organic channels and owned audience growth, you will also help lay the groundwork for paid acquisition channels as initiatives scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth marketing, marketing operations, or conversion rate optimization
• Hands-on experience turning organic traffic into subscribers and paid customers
• Practical experience diagnosing customer journey bottlenecks
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (preferably Beehiiv)
• Comfort utilizing advanced AI tools (such as Claude)
• Solid foundational understanding of organic audience mechanics
• Strong independent execution capability and analytical rigor

Requirements

• Identify and optimize conversion opportunities across high-traffic digital touchpoints
• Convert anonymous audience engagement into identified, owned first-party subscriber relationships
• Design and implement high-converting calls to action across platforms
• Drive conversion initiatives supporting the launch and scale of the premium paid membership platform
• Map and evaluate end-to-end customer journeys across digital properties
• Manage newsletter subscriber acquisition and audience segmentation
• Write compelling, direct-response marketing copy
• Analyze cross-channel performance and conversion data
